ABOUT US

Sean is the founder and CEO of Rohan Commercial Painting and Rohan Commercial Contracting. His Father was a successful business owner who has served the property management industry in the DC Metro area for over 40 years. Sean graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communications from The University of Tennessee, and following the entrepreneurial spirit of his family, Sean started Rohan Construction in 2005. His 17 + years of experience running successful commercial and residential property management projects solidifies his dedication and desire to deliver a product that exceeds all his client's expectations. Sean has overseen projects of varying scopes and has grown Rohan Construction from "one guy and a truck" to thirty employees over an 11-year timespan. His vision for building a trustworthy and reliable business is simple; lead with effective and honest communication, provide services at a fair price, and deliver those services at a level that exceeds client expectations. A testament to his success has always been the repeat business, which grows yearly as his client base widens. Sean's free time is spent with his wife, young son, and daughter, and two rambunctious boxers. He is an avid TN Volunteer fan and golfer, but his real joy comes from spending time with his family. 

Elizabeth joined Rohan Construction Group, now Rohan Commercial Painting, in 2016 to oversee customer service, manage incoming client requests, distribute proposals, schedule projects, and invoice. She is also key in other critical business functions, including accounting, marketing, and sales initiatives. Elizabeth's financial experience in the banking and healthcare industries has proven invaluable. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and is a proud mom of two girls, Noelani and Willow. 

Elizabeth is also a professional bartender and sometimes bartends to let loose from her full-time desk position.  However, time spent with her family brings her the most enjoyment.  

Jeannie joined Rohan Commercial Painting as our Director of Business Development. Along with estimating and selling, Jeannie will focus on forging new relationships and developing business inside companies ripe with opportunity. She previously worked 4 years both selling and as a Finance Manager at a car dealership. Over the years, this has allowed her to strengthen her customer service skills and build a strong following of loyal clientele. Excited to use these skills in the commercial industry, Jeannie is ready to continue building our clientele here at Rohan Commercial Painting. In her free time, Jeannie enjoys playing soccer and spending time with her friends and family.
